CANCELLATIONS

Please give 24 hour notice to cancellations, if you do not we have the right to charge you 50% of the cost of your services if we are unable to fill the open appointment time.

Clients who do not call, do not show up, or forget appointments will result in a fee of 100% of the missed service total before their next appointment is booked. We understand that emergencies in life can arise and with those rare occasions, we will handle each on a case-by-case basis.

 

If you NO SHOW 2 or more appointments, we require payment for your appointment up front to ensure the stylist is paid for that appointment OR you can call the day of your desired appointment time to see if there are any availabilities

PUNCTUALITY

We strive to be on time for each and every guest.  If we are running significantly behind, we will make every effort to contact you prior to your appointment time.  Any guest arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule or alter their service so as not to impact the timing of other scheduled appointments.

SERVICE SATISFACTION

If you find that some adjustments need to be made on a service, we are happy to make minor adjustments that align with our original consultation within 7 days of the original service.  Adjustments that alter the original plan or are requested after 7 days of the original service will require full payment.

PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of appointment.  We accept CASH, CHECK, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER.  If any payment is returned to us (i.e. bounced check, or charge does not go through)  you will be required to pay the $25.00 fee that goes along with it.

CHILD SUPERVISION

Chemicals, hot tools, and sharp objects are present at all times making it very dangerous for children, therefore, we ask that all children be supervised at all times.  Please arrange separate supervision for children during your service time, we can not watch them while doing your hair nor do you want us paying attention to your child, making sure he/she stays out of trouble, rather than your hair.
